RPP Knitting Club Donates Hand Knitted Clothing To Local Charities
The Roland Park Place Knitting Club recently displayed all of their beautiful handiwork. The club donated a total of 380 articles of clothing which included 146 sweaters, 128 hats, 38 mittens 52 scarves and 16 miscellaneous items. All of the knitted items were donated to local charities which included the Maryland School for the Blind, the House of Ruth, Paul's Place and Our Daily Bread. Many homeless adults and children will be warm this winter because of the wonderful skills and generosity of the members of Roland Park Place's Knitting Club.
